CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

Salon & Spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advanced notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. All guests are required to reserve their appointments with a credit card during service scheduling. In the event a guest does not provide 4 hours notice of cancellation, the guest’s credit card will be charged the fee determined by the following policy:

  • A twenty five percent charge (25%) of the scheduled service(s) will be applied to appointments that are cancelled within four hours of the service.

  • Failure to arrive and/or call for a scheduled service will result in a charge equal to a fifty percent (50%) charge of the scheduled service(s).

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit and Boulevard Hair Co Gift Cards. Personal checks are accepted with valid ID and are subject to a $25 returned check fee.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at The Boulevard Hair Company. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you let us know within 48 hours. It is our desire to correct any service issues and we will be happy to schedule a corrective service within 14 days of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Product not right for your hair? Is it not what you thought it was? We understand things happen, which is why The Boulevard is dedicated to making the return process wonderfully simple for you. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. PRICING

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management. In general, all prices are determined by length, texture of hair, and level of stylist. Independent contractors are not bound by these prices and may vary based on stylist. Please ask your stylist for pricing if he or she is an independent contractor.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. We do take children as clients and love to do so. We just ask that they be scheduled for an appointment separate from your own. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. The Boulevard Hair Company stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Use of The Boulevard Hair Company gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms: Gift cards are valid at The Boulevard Hair Company only for all products and services available; Gift cards must be presented at time of service; Gift cards do not have an expiration date; All gift cards are non-refundable; Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

GIFT CERTIFICATE / COUPON POLICY

Use of The Boulevard Hair Company gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms: Gift certificates / Coupons are issued as promotional and donation items; Gift certificates / Coupons are valid at The Boulevard Hair Company only for what is described on the certificate / coupon and subject to the restrictions listed on the certificate / coupon; Gift certificates must be presented at time of service; Gift certificates are valid for up to the date of expiration which is stated on the certificate; Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable; All gift certificates are non-refundable; Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
