Whether you’re an experienced stylist who feels stuck in a dead-end job or a new stylist just getting started in the industry, you’ll find a path to success working at The Boulevard. For more experienced stylists, we offer a tried-and-true onboarding process to get you connected with a Boulevard educator and integrated into a professional, supportive environment. For new stylists, we offer an Associate Training Program designed in partnership with the Summit Salon Business Center that’s proven successful across the country; in fact, Summit conducted a study and found that graduates of this program make on average $10,000 more in their first year than stylists who graduated from other programs.
